Order Policy

Order acceptance and Payments:  

• Our acceptance of your order will take place once we notify you about it via email.
•   In case we are not able to accept your order , we will notify you in writing via email / call.
•     Payment:

    By placing an order, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to process your      credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by,

1. Credit/ Debit card (VISA / MasterCArd / JCB / American Express / Discover / Diners Club / PayPal / VISA Checkout)
2. Cash on delivery 
3. Samsung PAy / Apple pay
4. Bank transfer

Cancellations:

•  You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason.
•  Gamenzo holds the right to cancel your order(s) if

1.  The payment is not made by you when it is due;
2.  If the necessary information for us to provide the products is not given within a reasonable time of us asking for it  or;
3.  you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; 

• The refund will take 10-45 days depending on the credit/debit card issuing bank.
