Changed your mind?

  • Request a refund:
  •  To start a return, all you need to do is write to us on  info@gamenzo.com with proof of purchase. Once your return is confirmed, our team shall contact you within 1- 2 working days  and will provide you all the necessary information related to  collection of goods.
  • Our refund policies encourage customers to commit to a purchase and allow them to shop without the fear of consequence. 
  • Return policy:
  • At Gamenzo we have a 7-day return policy,  which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to change your mind and request for refund. You just need to make sure that:
  • In case of change of mind or any other personal reason, return courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Your item must be in the same condition as you received it (unopened and unused) and in its original  packaging;
  • A  proof of purchase.

      *  We request you not to send us the goods back without initiating a refund request. Such refunds will not be accepted.

Few things to keep in mind to make the refund  process fast and hassle free.

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. This policy is not applicable to IT items and to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as cleaning products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
  3. We can only accept unopened boxes/packages for return. 
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges :

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method which will take 10-45 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
